Orders preparation


Orders
placed before 12:00 noon will be processed the same day; orders placed after
12:00 noon will leave our warehouse the following day. Orders are not processed
on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.)

Processing and delivery times should be regarded as merely indicative, as we
cannot be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure, such as card
payment
authorisation procedures.

During peak periods, e.g., special celebrations or the Christmas period, the
dispatch of items may be affected due to the higher volume of orders.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with
your shipment details and a reference/tracking number to track the status of
your order.



Deliveries



At present,
shipments can be made to Italy, Spain and Portugal.

The only shipping method used for Spain and Portugal is the standard method,
and all shipments are free of charge.

Average delivery time is 2-4 working days from the time the courier collects
the order and varies depending on the destination.

During peak periods, such as during special festivities, the Christmas period,
or the central weeks in August, order deliveries may be delayed.

Shipments will only be successful if a valid address is entered when comleting
the order.

When completing your order, make sure to enter a valid address: otherwise, the delivery
will not be possible.

Please also provide indications on your intercom, such as your name or the
number of your flat.
