Right of withdrawal

If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with the products purchased, you may avail yourself of the "right of withdrawal": to this end, you must submit a request to return one or more of the items purchased within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery (the time at your disposal shall be counted from the date of the proof of delivery).
Only products that have not been worn, are unused and undamaged may be returned, in their original Kidult packaging, which should also be undamaged. Any product returned that does not meet the above criteria shall not be refunded.
The products must be sent back in a single shipment. If desired, you may reuse the original outer packaging.
The products to be returned must be handed over to the courier within 14 (fourteen) days of the date you informed us of your decision to return one or more items.

Requesting a return

If you are a registered user, log into your account, go to the “Orders” section and compile the form to request a return.
If you placed an order without registering, please enter the required data in this link.
Our Customer Service is at your disposal to clear up any doubt you may have on the procedure to be followed.
Following your request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a return authorisation number, which you must keep and enter in a visible manner in the package with the goods you want to return.
Please note that you shall pay for the return shipment and therefore you can choose the shipping method you prefer.

The online return procedure cannot be used to return a product purchased from a point of sale or from a mono brand store.
A jewel purchased from Kidult Jewellery Online Store cannot be returned via a point of sale or from a mono brand store.
It is not possible to replace a purchased product with another.

Damaged or faulty products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service at once at this link, so that we can respond as quickly as possible.
Please state clearly the reason for your return, so that we can help you make arrangements for its collection. In this case, collection costs will be borne by Kidult Online Store.  

Warranty

All Kidult jewellery comes with a warranty of two years from the date of purchase.
Excluded from this warranty are all damages due to neglect, improper use, alterations or unauthorised repairs. 
Kidult Online Store reserves the right to either repair or replace the products covered by this warranty with the same models or with others of equal or higher value.
To request a repair to a defective product, please contact our Customer Service at this link.

Refunds

Once we have received the items, we shall verify the conditions of the product.
If the return conditions have not been met or the returned products are found to be damaged or to have been used, the return shall not be accepted and your items shall remain available for collection at our warehouses, where you can send a courier of your choice and at your expense. If the goods are not collected within 30 days, you will no longer be able to claim ownership thereof.
If the products meet the return conditions, we shall make the refund request within 14 (fourteen) working days of the date of receipt of the products. The time it takes to credit the amount to be refunded depends on the payment circuits used: Kidult Online Store shall not responsible for any delays. 
The amount shall be credited with the same payment method you used to purchase the items ordered.
The amount credited shall be equal to the value paid for the purchase of the items returned increased by the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. Extraordinary or non-standard shipping costs shall not be refunded. You remain responsible for shipping the items back to us and paying the relative costs.
