Shipping
For Italy, shipping is handled by Amazon Shipping and is available nationwide, with an average delivery time of 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from the courier containing the shipping details and a reference/tracking number so you can follow your order's shipment. Follow the instructions in the email to choose your delivery method and time slot. Please note that the courier can make a maximum of 5 delivery attempts. We recommend paying close attention to the delivery details you enter for your order, as they cannot be changed once they have been sent to the courier.
Orders from other countries placed by 12:00 noon will be processed the same day; orders placed after that time will leave our warehouse the following day. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included.
The estimated processing and shipping times are indicative only, as we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card payment authorization processes.
During special occasions or the Christmas period, order processing at our warehouse may be slower due to the higher volume of products to be shipped.

Standard shipping is available. Shipping costs to Italy are €6.50 (including VAT) for all orders of €35.00 (including VAT) or less. Shipping costs are free for orders over €35.00 (including VAT).
Shipping costs to Spain, Portugal, and Germany are €9.90 (including VAT). For non-EU countries and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are always €18.00 (including VAT).
Average delivery times are 2-4 business days from the courier's receipt and vary depending on the destination.During special holidays or during the Christmas period, order deliveries may be delayed.
Shipments will only be successful if a valid address is entered when completing the order.Please also include the name or number on the intercom.
