Right of Return

Please remember that if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exercise your "right of return" and request a return for one or more purchased items within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery (the return period will be counted from the date you request the return). You can only return unworn, unused, and undamaged products, accompanied by the original Kidult packaging. Any returned products not complying with the above will not be refunded.

The products must be returned in a single shipment. If you wish, you can reuse the original outer packaging. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you notified us of your decision to return one or more products.

Requesting a Return

If you are a registered user, log in to your account in the "Orders" section and fill out the information to request a return.If you placed an order without registering, enter the required information at this link.Customer Service is available to answer any questions you may have about the procedure.After submitting your return request, you will receive a confirmation email with a return number, which you must retain and include prominently in the package you wish to return.Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping. You can contact your preferred shipping courier and follow the instructions provided.

IMPORTANT: The package must contain the items in their original packaging and a printed return confirmation email. If you are unable to print, please include a note with the return number in the package.

It is not possible to return a product purchased in a retail store or a single-brand store using the online return procedure. It is not possible to return jewelry purchased from the Kidult Gioielli Online Store by visiting a retail store or a single-brand store. It is not possible to exchange a purchased product for another.

Refunds

Once we receive the items, we will inspect their condition.If the return conditions are not met or if the returned products are damaged or used, the return cannot be accepted and your items will remain available for collection at our warehouses, where you can send a courier of your choice at your expense. After 30 days from failure to collect the items, it will no longer be possible to claim ownership of the goods.If the products comply with the return conditions, we will process the refund request within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of receipt of the products. The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on the banking circuits used; any delays will not be the responsibility of Kidult Online Store.The refund will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase your order.The refunded amount will be equal to the value paid for the returned items, while any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded. Any extraordinary or non-standard shipping charges will not be refunded. You will be responsible for return shipping and related costs.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please allow us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by contacting Customer Service immediately via this link.Please accurately indicate the reason for your return so we can assist you in arranging the collection. In this case, the collection costs will be covered by Kidult Online Store.

Warranty

All Kidult jewelry is covered by a two-year warranty from the date of purchase.This warranty excludes any damage resulting from neglect, improper use, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.For products covered by the warranty, Kidult Online Store reserves the right to repair or replace them with the same model or with others of equal or greater value.To request a repair for a defective product, contact Customer Service at this link.
