1. How can I shop online on discoverkidult.com?
Shopping on the Kidult Online Store is very easy. Register here to create your account.
Then, search for what you want through the website menu (open it using the icon at the top left), choose between Women and Men, and browse through the Life Collection categories. Within each section, you will be able to view all products and see them in detail by clicking on the image.
Once you have chosen your preferred product, click the "Add to Cart" button and then "Go to Cart": you will be redirected to the page where you can complete your order. In the first step, you will have an overview where you can edit the quantity of the selected products or remove them if you change your mind. If you would like to purchase additional products, you can add them by reopening the menu or selecting the "Back to Shopping" button. If you wish to complete your order, click "Continue" and follow the instructions provided in the 5 checkout steps.
Your order will not be submitted until the completion of the 5 checkout steps, when you will be asked to provide payment information.
If you have any doubts or questions, contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.
2. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify or cancel a completed order. We recommend paying close attention to the accuracy of your information and the selected products while completing your order. This also applies to shipping details: please make sure to provide an address where you can be reached at the estimated delivery time.
If you have received your order and would like to return it, please follow the instructions available on the dedicated returns page.

3. How do I know if my order has been received and when will the payment be charged?
Once you complete the online purchase process, you will receive a confirmation email at the address used to place the order. The payment charge on your credit card or PayPal account will occur at the time of confirmation.
4. Is it safe to use my credit card on the Kidult Online Store?
Purchases made on discoverkidult.com are 100% safe and secure, as they comply with the most advanced web security technologies.

5. What payment methods are available?
At the moment, you can complete your order using a credit or debit card, Scalapay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your PayPal account. Choose the method you prefer:

If you own a credit or debit card, you can pay through Mastercard, VISA, American Express, or Maestro networks. Some cards may require entering the SecureCode by Mastercard or Verified by Visa code.

You can make your purchases using your PayPal account. A PayPal account is not required to pay: you can also complete the payment as a guest without registering. By choosing PayPal, you can also take advantage of the installment payment option and split your purchase into 3 interest-free installments.
6. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You can complete an order either by creating an account or as a guest. Creating a personal profile allows you to enjoy the following benefits:
- review all your purchases in the "Orders" section and recover the cart of an unfinished order;
- save your shipping addresses for easier entry during the purchase process;
- easily retrieve documents related to your orders containing, among other information, the amount paid and the list of purchased products for each order;
- manage your account details.
7. What can I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, follow these steps to recover it:
- click the "Login/Register" icon at the top right and in the menu;
- select "Forgot Password";
- enter your email address and click request.
You will receive an email with a temporary password, then you can access your personal area to change it.
8. Are the items automatically added to my order complimentary?
Absolutely yes, the items automatically added to your cart are complimentary. These include product packaging and informational catalogs about the Kidult offer, which we believe you will appreciate receiving. You can check the €0 price of these items in your cart.

1. Where can I find product information?
On each product page you can find all currently available size and color combinations, together with the item description. Click on the product image to enlarge it and view it in detail.
2. Which products are available for online purchase?
All Kidult products are available for online purchase on discoverkidult.com. If you see an out-of-stock message, you can search for the nearest store using our Store Locator and contact it to check whether the product you want is available.
3. What shape and size are Kidult bracelets?
Kidult women’s bangles have a round shape, while men’s bangles are larger and oval-shaped.
As for women’s sizes, bangles have an internal diameter of 6 cm, while cord and leather bracelets have an adjustable diameter (from 5 to 6.5 cm).
Women’s steel bracelets with the "comfort fit" system adapt easily and elegantly to wrist size. One bracelet, three different sizes, obtainable by choosing the chain length — among those included in the package — and attaching it to the two clasps.
Men’s rigid bracelets are available in two sizes: standard (6.5 × 5.2 cm) and large (6.9 × 5.5 cm, identified by the letter L in the product code).
Men’s leather and cord versions are adjustable (cord bracelets have a diameter from 6 to 8 cm, while leather bracelets have a length from 19 to 21.5 cm).

How do I choose the right Kidult bracelet model?
Before proceeding with your purchase, we recommend measuring your wrist with a tape measure to get an indication right away.
If you choose one of our women’s leather bracelets, consider a maximum circumference of 16 cm.
In the case of women’s bangles (ø: 6 cm), make sure your wrist circumference does not exceed 17 cm.
Be careful when wearing the bracelet: we recommend not forcing it open.
As for men’s bangles, if your wrist circumference is equal to or less than 19 cm, choose the standard size. The Large size is recommended for wrist circumferences up to 20 cm.
If you are buying a gift and do not know the other person’s wrist size, we recommend purchasing elastic bracelets or women’s bracelets with the "comfort fit" system, featuring a chain with three different sizes that can adapt according to need.

4. How can I check if a Kidult bracelet is available in multiple sizes?
You can check the available sizes directly on the product page. From the dropdown menu you can select the size you are interested in.
5. How much do Kidult bracelets cost?
Kidult bracelets are available starting from €25. You can check the price of the jewelry item you want directly on the product page.
6. Can I buy a bracelet and a charm separately?
At the moment, Kidult bracelets are not customizable, but rather "collectible." It is not possible to purchase only the bracelet or only the charm, nor is it possible to add multiple charms to the same bracelet.
7. Do Kidult leather bracelets have a magnetic clasp?
Yes, leather bracelets feature a magnetic clasp with a special reinforced magnet designed for this purpose.
8. The black enamel on the writing (or drawing/charm) has come off. What can I do?
The material used for Kidult jewelry is acrylic enamel, highly resistant to wear and temperature changes. It tends to come off only when exposed to water vapor (e.g. sauna, very hot shower, etc.).
As indicated in the warranty, please remember that all steel jewelry exposed to water, soap, creams, perfume, etc. may undergo changes.
If you followed the care and maintenance instructions for the product, write to us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Returns
1. What should I do to return one or more items?
To start a return procedure, click here.
You will be asked to enter the email address used for the purchase and a verification code that you will receive by email. After logging in, you will be able to select the order to return, indicate the items concerned, the reason for the return, and optionally add a note for our team.
If the request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs will be at your expense. You may contact the shipping courier of your choice and follow the instructions provided.
2. What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?
For online purchases, Kidult will fully refund the price of the products provided that they are returned unused, undamaged, and complete with the original packaging. Items must be shipped back within 14 (fourteen) days from the date they were received.
Kidult reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, the return of products that do not comply with the requirements indicated above. For more information, please consult our Return Policy.
3. Will I be refunded the full amount paid? And how much does the return cost?
We guarantee that, if the conditions for exercising your right of withdrawal are met, the full amount paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. Return shipping costs, however, will be at your expense.
4. How much time do I have to return a product?
One or more items from an order placed on the Kidult Online Store may be returned within 14 days from the day you receive the package.
5. Where will I receive the refund? And how long will it take?
The refund will correspond to the amount of the returned items plus the shipping costs paid at the time of purchase. It will be issued directly to your PayPal account or your credit/debit card, depending on the payment method chosen during checkout.
We will process the refund within 14 days from the return request, once the items have been received and passed our quality assessment.
6. Is it possible to return products not purchased from the Kidult Online Store?
Please note that it is not possible to return a product purchased from a retailer or mono-brand store through the online return procedure.

Shipping
1. How can I track my package purchased on discoverkidult.com?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a tracking/reference number to follow your package.
2. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We do our best to ship all orders within 24 hours. Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be processed the same day, while orders placed later will leave our warehouse the following day. Processing and shipping times are to be considered indicative only, as we are not responsible for delays caused by credit card payment authorization processes. During peak periods, such as holidays or the Christmas season, order processing by our warehouse may be delayed due to the higher volume of shipments. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details and a tracking/reference number.
3. What are the shipping times and costs?
We rely on one of the leading couriers in the industry to offer you the best shopping experience. We have chosen to provide a single shipping method for all our customers. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. During peak periods, such as holidays or the Christmas season, shipping times may be delayed.
Standard shipping is available. Shipping costs to Italy are €6.50 (including VAT) for all orders of €35.00 (including VAT) or less. Shipping costs are free for orders over €35.00 (including VAT).
Shipping costs to Spain, Portugal, and Germany are €9.90 (including VAT). For non-EU countries and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are always €18.00 (including VAT).
4. Is it possible to ship outside Italy?
Shipping is currently available within Italy, Spain, Portugal and Germany.
5. Can I use the shipping address saved in my PayPal account?
If you modify or add a shipping address through the PayPal popup, it will not be taken into consideration.
Your order will be shipped to the shipping address provided at step 3 of the cart process. If you have a preferred delivery address, we suggest saving it in your personal account so that you can easily select it during checkout.
6. Is it possible to ship to multiple addresses within the same order?
Each order can only be shipped to one address. If your order includes gifts or products that need to be delivered to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
7. Is my signature required upon delivery?
To guarantee you the best online shopping service, we require proof of delivery for every order. This means we cannot authorize package deliveries without a signature.
8. I need to send a gift: are gift-wrapping shipments available?
At the moment, a gift wrapping service is not available. However, inside the package you will separately find the purchased jewelry in a protective pouch, together with its case and shopping bag. The tag attached to the jewelry includes the price, which can be removed.
9. I received a damaged package: what should I do?
If you receive a visibly damaged or tampered package, we suggest refusing the delivery or writing a note when signing to specify that you are accepting a damaged package.
Warranty
1. How long is the Kidult warranty valid?
All Kidult jewelry is covered by a 2-year warranty. Products will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion. Damage caused by negligence, improper use, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.
2. Where can I request assistance for a repair?
Contact us through our Returns page and we will provide you with the details for sending the product back to us. If the product was defective or damaged upon delivery, you can notify us so we can replace it. We will cover the return shipping costs.
Product Care
1. Can Kidult jewelry get wet?
We recommend carefully reading all the information provided on the warranty tag. Seawater, cosmetics, and various chemical compounds may alter the aesthetic characteristics of the product and make replacement or repair under warranty impossible.
2. How should I clean Kidult jewelry?
To clean steel products, in most cases it is sufficient to use a damp cloth and gently wipe the surface of the jewelry, paying particular attention to areas featuring enamel, pearls, or crystals. Even after the first wipe, the jewelry will appear brighter. If a damp cloth is not enough, fresh water and natural soap are the most suitable methods for properly cleaning our jewelry. Simply use a microfiber cloth and two small bowls, one containing a few drops of neutral soap. Wipe the jewelry with the cloth and rinse it in the second bowl, removing all soap residue.
3. How can I take care of Kidult jewelry?
We recommend not wearing jewelry while bathing, sleeping, or engaging in sports activities. Always remove jewelry before applying perfumes, creams, sunscreen products, or oils of any kind. Do not wear jewelry when working with detergents, bleach, ammonia, or alcohol.
4. What materials are Kidult jewelry pieces made of?
All Kidult jewelry is made of 316L steel, a high-quality hypoallergenic surgical steel. Depending on the model, elements such as crystals, natural stones, or leather may also be included. Check the composition of the product you are interested in directly on the product page.
5. Can Kidult jewelry cause allergies?
Kidult jewelry is made of 316L steel, a high-quality hypoallergenic surgical steel. It complies with the strictest regulations and meets the requirements of EC Regulation No. 1907/2006 REACH regarding nickel release values.
6. Does Kidult jewelry tend to darken over time?
Over time, a slight patina may form on the jewelry and it may darken slightly. Washing with fresh water and neutral soap will help restore its original aesthetic characteristics.
7. What does 316L Steel mean?
Kidult jewelry is made of 316L steel, a high-quality hypoallergenic surgical steel. It is called surgical steel because it is the same material used to make surgical instruments.
Safety
All Kidult jewelry is made of hypoallergenic 316L steel. Inserts in 304 steel, 375‰ gold, 925‰ silver, bronze, brass, natural and synthetic stones, pearls, lab-grown diamonds, crystals, zirconia, ceramic, silicone, nylon, leather, synthetic leather, and PVD plating treatments may also be present. Their production strictly complies with current Italian and international regulations.
Mabina Spa informs customers that, in rare cases, allergic reactions may occur following prolonged contact with the jewelry. In such cases, it is recommended to discontinue use.
The jewelry contains small parts. Adult supervision is recommended during use.
