Order Preparation

Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be processed the same day, while those placed after that time will be shipped from our warehouse the following day. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not included.

Estimated processing and shipping times are approximate, as we are not responsible for any delays caused by credit card authorization processes.

During special holidays or during the Christmas season, order processing by our warehouse may be delayed due to the increased volume of products to be shipped.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the courier containing the shipping details and a tracking number to follow your order.

Deliveries

Shipping is currently available in Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Germany.

Standard shipping is available. Shipping costs to Italy are €6.50 (including VAT) for all orders of €35.00 (including VAT) or less. Shipping costs are free for orders over €35.00 (including VAT).

Shipping costs to Spain, Portugal, and Germany are €9.90 (including VAT). For non-EU countries and the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs are always €18.00 (including VAT).

Average delivery times are 2-4 business days from the courier's receipt and vary depending on the destination.During special holidays or during the Christmas period, order deliveries may be delayed.

Shipments will only be successful if a valid address is entered when completing the order.Please also include the name or number on the intercom.

All Kidult jewelry is made of hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel. Inserts may be made of 304 stainless steel, 375/°°° gold, 925/°°° silver, bronze, brass, natural and synthetic stones, pearls, lab-grown diamonds, crystals, zirconia, ceramic, silicone, nylon, leather, imitation leather, and PVD plating. Their production strictly complies with current Italian and international regulations. The warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any damage due to neglect, improper use, alterations, or unauthorized repairs. For products covered by the warranty, the company reserves the right to repair them, replace them with the same models, or replace them with others of equal or greater value.

Mabina Spa advises that, rarely, allergic reactions may occur after prolonged contact with the jewelry. In this case, it is recommended to discontinue use.
Jewelry contains small parts. Use under adult supervision is recommended.
